Jay got our tractor unstuck out of mud and rocks, back to the road, and from there to the shop. He was available the same day, showed up on time, and was in constant communication. Jay moved efficiently and knowledgeably through all phases, securing the backhoe, strapping and chaining the tractor, pulling it out to the road with/without dollies, and no problems all the way back to the shop.
